“No. You can’t even try to understand. He was everything.”
“Of course I understand, but you have to stop blaming yourself for his death. It wasn’t your fault, and I doubt he would want you to continue beating yourself up for it.”
“Maybe I can’t help it.”
“Maybe you aren’t trying.”
